Argile serves a single menu featuring a series of seasonal dishes, each one showcasing Scottish produce at its very best. Ingredients are carefully selected and dishes crafted daily to reflect what is at its peak at that moment.
As a result, the menu changes frequently and below is a sample; dishes are subject to change.
Please note that due to Argile's small size and the nature of the single menu, substitutions cannot be offered, nor can dishes be guaranteed allergen-free. The menu is best enjoyed by guests over the age of 12.
