Argile’s aim is to showcase Scottish produce at its very best, through carefully-crafted seasonal dishes.
As a result, the sample menus below may be subject to change.
Please note that with Argile's small team and in the interests of giving guests a streamlined experience, substitutions cannot be made and dishes cannot be adapted, nor can they be guaranteed allergen-free. The menu is best enjoyed by guests over the age of 12. All prices are inclusive of service and tips are not accepted.

Please note that from 18th January 2027, the price of our dinner tasting menu will increase to £110.
