Argile’s wine list places a strong emphasis on regional French wines, with a wide and deep selection of often-overlooked appellations and niche, forgotten grapes. Chosen to complement our style of cooking and generally prioritising small producers working organically and/or biodynamically, we aren’t dogmatic in our approach, but instead take joy in celebrating the diversity of French wine (with, of course, selections from outside France too).
A paired flight of wines is offered to enhance the menu (priced at £70), as are options by the glass and bottle. Beers and some single malts complete the curated offering: please note that Argile does not keep a stocked bar of spirits and mixers, and we do not offer cocktails.
